Hi, Taji Wright-Fitzhugh—though most know me as Taji, The Teacher’s Teacher. Our team specializes in helping educators of all sorts confidently convert their complex content into clear, “easy to grasp” concepts. I’m a proud wife, a mom to two little ones, and an educator at heart with a passion for creating meaningful and engaging learning experiences.

My journey began in the classroom, where I experienced the joys and challenges of teaching firsthand. As a campus coordinator, I witnessed how budget cuts and increasing demands left new teachers without the support they needed to thrive. That’s when I decided to do something different—to create a space where educators could find the tools, mentorship, and confidence to not just survive but truly succeed.

KIDMISTRY is all about “discovering the science behind learning for every kid.” From personalized strategies to innovative solutions, we’re on a mission to empower teachers and unlock the potential in every learner.

When I’m not running KIDMISTRY or mentoring educators, I’m inspired by my own two little ones, who remind me daily why I’m so passionate about education. Their curiosity and joy fuel my commitment to ensuring that every child has access to a quality education and every teacher has the support to make that possible.
